Shipping and returns

Delivery

Your order comes with Posten and Bring. Expected delivery time on order is 3-8 working days after order confirmation is received by mail, as long as all items are available in stock at time of order (7-12 days for international orders). All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next regular working day.

PS: We reserve the right to increase processing and delivery times during sales periods and holidays.

Shipping Cost

Mäele offers shipping at flat rate of 89 NOK within Norway regardless of the size and weight of your package.

*International prices: 280 NOK (no tracking) or 380 NOK (with tracking).

Uncollected packages

For packages that are not picked up by the deadline, Mäele reserves the right to charge a fee of NOK 250 for the costs that the dispatch has incurred and the package is returned to the store. Unclaimed packages are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Tracking

You can follow your parcel at posten.no with the tracking number stated on the mailing confirmation you receive by mail. If you need the tracking number resent, we can always send you this via customer service.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you want to return items, please contact us and we will provide a pre-paid Bring Return Label for you to print out. Please note that you'll have to ship your return items to us within 14 days after purchase. If not, your return won't be accepted.

The cost of returns are 120 NOK (for shipping and handling) and will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached. If the products has any signs of use, strong smell, makeup or spots, it is not eligible for a return.

*Underwear, bikinis and jewelry can not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges (FREE)

You can always exchange a style. Place a new order of wanted items, and send back the ones you want to return. In your provided return label, type "EXCHANGE or BYTTE" in the comment section. Then we will not take any charges for your return - it's free with exchanges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
